Delivery Policy

Jersey Ink Custom Apparel offers two delivery options for all custom printed orders: pick up and shipping. Customers may choose to pick up their orders from our location during regular business hours or have their orders shipped to their desired destination. Pick up orders will be available for pick up during regular business hours, and customers will be notified when their orders are ready for pick up. Customers who choose the pick up option are responsible for picking up their orders in a timely manner. If an order is not picked up within 10 business days of the notification, the order will be shipped to the customer at their expense. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of order and will vary depending on the size and weight of the package, as well as the shipping destination. All orders will be shipped using a reputable carrier and will include tracking information. Please note that shipping times may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Once your order is ready for pick up or has shipped, you will be notified via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Jersey Ink Custom Apparel is not responsible for any delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Any approved refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion. By placing an order with Jersey Ink Custom Apparel, you agree to these delivery policies. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at [insert contact information here], and we will be happy to assist you.
